We’ve designed office spaces for companies across the country,
including spaces in Wisconsin, Illinois, Massachusetts, California, Arizona and Florida. Though each location is different, an element that remains the same is our commitment to creating a quality project that fits the users’ needs, budget and timeline.

Peterbilt Service & Parts Store View Project
For years, Peterbilt has been a leading brand in the truck manufacturing industry. They wanted their store entrance to have the same strong impact on customers coming in for service and parts. Architectural Environments Studio designed a new entry tower and signage for maximum branding effect. We also redesigned the office and part sales areas for better space usage and efficiencies. www.peterbilt.com.

Lake Park Lutheran Church www.lakeparklutheran.com
Founded in 1911, Lake Park Lutheran Church is a beautiful historic building on the East side of Milwaukee. The age of the building also created some challenges. The church wanted to make their church accessible for all parishioners and guests, create better gathering spaces, consolidate offices and upgrade appearances. We united many different levels via an elevator and ramps to make the entire space accessible, as well as opened up the space behind the sanctuary for gatherings. All church offices were relocated to one floor, and Sunday school rooms were updated to be more usable. Bathrooms and showers were made ADA accessible, and all paint colors and flooring were updated to create a fresh space for all church members to enjoy. To view the JS Online article about the project, see the News & Notes page. [Have this be a link to that page]

iCare www.icare-wi.org
iCare was looking to consolidate their offices from three separate suites in the same building to one continuous 18,000sf space. We were able to utilize their space more efficiently: they were able to enjoy more conference rooms and employee workstations in roughly the same amount of square footage they had previously. Since they already occupied one portion of the space we were renovating, the project had to be completed in phases to allow a smooth transition for everyone. This was all completed in record time: the total time between Architectural Environments Studio’s initial involvement and full occupancy was less than seven months.
